Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on how advance fees, retainers and delivery concerns are handled when you work with Clousor Technologies.

1. Project based services

For most projects, we charge an advance before starting work and further payments on milestones.

Advance payments are used to reserve resources and begin work, and are therefore generally non-refundable once work has started.

If you decide to cancel a project before any work has begun, we may refund part of the advance at our discretion after deducting any costs already incurred.

2. Retainer or monthly services

For monthly retainers, fees are usually paid in advance for each month.

If you choose to stop after a running month, fees for the current month are not refunded, but future months will not be billed.

3. Delivery issues

If you believe we have not delivered as per the signed scope, please write to us within 7 days of delivery with specific details.

We will review and, where required, correct defects or missing items in line with the scope.

In rare cases where we cannot resolve an issue, we may offer a partial refund, credit or alternative solution at our discretion.
